Ecuadorian customers visited Guangzhou Hengde to inspect the EPS and CLC hollow brick production lines.


On October 28, a customer from Ecuador in South America visited Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct an on-site inspection of the lightweight block and EPS hollow brick production lines. The customer is primarily engaged in the production of red bricks and cement hollow bricks, and has shown significant interest in the investment potential within the lightweight building materials sector.

During the visit, the Hengde team provided a detailed introduction to the equipment configuration, raw material ratios, and energy consumption data of both EPS and CLC processes. They also conducted a focused analysis on production costs and the investment payback period, taking into account the local raw material conditions at the customer's site.

Following this, the customer visited the Hengde factory to observe the operational site of the lightweight block production line, expressing high appreciation for the equipment’s automation level and cutting precision. They also stated that they would carefully evaluate the lightweight block production line solution, laying a solid foundation for the company’s transition into the lightweight block manufacturing sector.
