August 15, 2025 , Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. brings good news — a lightweight block production line with a daily output of 100 cubic meters has successfully completed debugging and packaging, and is about to depart from China to Cambodia, helping to launch a new lightweight building materials production project locally.
This production line is specially designed for lightweight blocks, self-insulating blocks, and other lightweight building materials tailored to meet needs, equipped with core equipment such as mixers, peeling machines, and single-channel vertical cutters with cutting accuracy up to ±1mm, stable and efficient production process, capable of meeting customers' strict requirements for high-quality building materials.
Before equipment delivery, Hengde's technical team completed full machine debugging and rigorous testing to ensure the equipment can be installed and put into production immediately upon arrival at the customer's site, helping customers quickly enter the market operation phase.
