Guangzhou Hengde signs contract with Xichang customer in Sichuan for a 400 cubic meter per day lightweight block production line

On June 26, 2025, Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. and a customer in Xichang, Sichuan officially signed a procurement agreement for a 400 cubic meter per day automated lightweight block production line. This customer has been in continuous contact with Hengde since 2020, and after adjustments to factory planning in Panzhihua and Laos, finally chose Xichang for the project. After comparing several industry manufacturers, Hengde stood out due to its technical strength and customized services. The cooperation between the two parties has officially entered the equipment customization stage.

Since the initial contact in 2020, the client has made several adjustments to the location and technical solutions for the lightweight block production line, initially planning to build factories in Panzhihua, Sichuan and Laos. The Hengde technical team maintained close communication, and tailored over ten technical solutions for the different regional raw material characteristics, factory planning, and market demands. Ultimately, Hengde, supported by successful cases in China, Southeast Asia, and Central Asia, combined with the characteristics of local resources in Xichang, impressed the client with its customized solution, leading to the cooperation.

Full Automation Configuration: Creating a Benchmark for Production Capacity in Southwest China

The production line in this agreement integrates a large demolding machine, two stacking machines, a high-precision foaming machine, two double-track gantry cutting saws, and two skinning machines, among other core equipment, achieving full automation from raw material mixing, molding, and cutting to finished product processing. The entire production line integrates intelligent batching, constant temperature curing, and automatic packaging modules, with full automation from raw material input to finished product warehousing. After commissioning, the expected annual production capacity will exceed 120,000 cubic meters.

50-Day Customization Cycle: Full Tracking to Ensure Project Completion

Hengde will complete the equipment customization and production within 50 working days. From component processing to complete line assembly and debugging, it strictly follows ISO international quality standards. After equipment delivery, the Hengde technical team will provide one-stop service for installation, debugging, operation training, and after-sales maintenance to ensure the rapid commissioning of the production line. Subsequently, Hengde will continue to follow up on project progress, using technical services to help customers seize the opportunity in the Southwest green building materials market.
