Ordos customer in Inner Mongolia signs contract for Hengde lightweight masonry block production line, with a daily output of 300 cubic meters project officially launched
Recently, Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. successfully reached a cooperation agreement with a waste recycling company in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, signing a procurement contract for a fully automatic lightweight block production line with a daily output of 400 cubic meters. This cooperation is not only another successful project for Hengde equipment in the Northwest market, but also marks a substantial step forward in the resource utilization of local construction waste.
Recently, Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. successfully reached a cooperation agreement with a waste recycling company in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, signing a contract for a 300 cubic meter per day fully automatic lightweight block production line. This cooperation is not only another successful project for Hengde equipment in the Northwest market, but also marks a substantial step forward in the local resource utilization of construction waste.
The client had previously visited the Hengde Guangzhou factory to inspect the key processes of the equipment, including mixing, pouring, and cutting. During the visit, the client highly praised Hengde's self-developed high-precision cutting system and was impressed by the automation level, operational stability, and product consistency of the equipment, ultimately deciding to cooperate with Hengde to build a modern green building materials factory.
From raw material processing to finished product output, this production line largely automates key processes, greatly reducing labor costs and improving production efficiency , and reducing human error and resource waste. The client stated that in the current environment where "energy conservation and emission reduction" and "resource recycling" have become industry consensus, Hengde's solution is timely and has great development potential.
