On July 12, 2026, Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. completed the loading and shipment of upgraded equipment for a self‑insulating block production line customized for a customer in Aksu, Xinjiang. The associated long molds and supporting equipment were officially dispatched to the customer’s project site as scheduled. This shipment marks the project’s transition from the initial phase of scheme confirmation and equipment manufacturing preparation to the next stage of advancing equipment delivery.

According to reports, the customer already operated a self‑insulating block production line that relied primarily on a square‑mold manufacturing process and reciprocating saw‑cutting equipment. As production demands grew, the existing production method increasingly revealed several shortcomings—slow cutting speeds, inconsistent control of product dimensions, limited capacity expansion, and extensive manual operations—thereby hindering the customer’s ability to scale up production and improve product quality.

In response to the customer’s existing production line, the Guangzhou Hengde team, taking into account the facility’s structural conditions, the status of the original equipment, the product roadmap, and capacity planning, developed a comprehensive upgrade and retrofit plan for the autoclaved aerated concrete block production line. The focus of this upgrade was not on rebuilding the entire line from scratch, but rather on systematically addressing the key issues inherent in the customer’s legacy system—transitioning from the conventional square‑mold production process to a long‑mold manufacturing approach, while also upgrading the cutting operations and related ancillary processes.

Compared with the conventional square‑mold production method, the long‑mold process is better suited to increasing per‑cycle output and ensuring production continuity. Coupled with a more efficient and stable cutting system, it further enhances dimensional control of finished parts, boosts cutting efficiency, and reduces the workload associated with manual operations, thereby providing a robust equipment foundation for customers to scale up capacity and maintain stable production.

To ensure the smooth execution of this shipment, the Hengde team, in accordance with the project’s configuration requirements, organized, inspected, and arranged for the loading of the long molds, cutting system, and associated auxiliary equipment. During the loading process, staff meticulously positioned and secured each component based on the equipment’s structure and transportation specifications, ensuring that the equipment would be dispatched to the customer’s project site in Aksu, Xinjiang, as scheduled.

For old‑line upgrade and renovation projects, equipment delivery does not mark the end of project services; rather, it is a critical step in bringing the upgrade to fruition. Upon the equipment’s arrival at the customer’s site, Hengde will, in accordance with the project schedule, continue to provide comprehensive support—including installation guidance, equipment commissioning, operator training, and technical assistance—to help the customer successfully advance the transformation and modernization of their autoclaved aerated concrete block production line.

The shipment of the Aksu project not only marks the entry of the two parties into a new phase of implementation, but also underscores Guangzhou Hengde’s expertise in upgrading and transforming self‑insulating block production lines. In addressing the practical challenges inherent in the customer’s existing line, Hengde has consistently prioritized on‑site needs, helping the customer enhance production efficiency, improve product quality, and ensure the successful commissioning and operation of the project through equipment upgrades and process optimization.

Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. has long been dedicated to the development of equipment for lightweight building materials and the upgrading and retrofitting of existing production lines. Tailored to each customer’s specific circumstances—such as their existing equipment, raw material availability, site layout, production capacity requirements, and product focus—the company offers comprehensive solutions, including upgrades to autoclaved aerated concrete block production lines, lightweight block production lines, expanded clay block production lines, and cutting‑system modernizations. Looking ahead, Hengde will continue to provide end‑to‑end support, from solution design and equipment manufacturing through delivery and installation to commissioning and technical training, helping customers enhance the quality and efficiency of their production lines.
