Recently, the Zhangjiajie Municipal People's Government officially issued the "Zhangjiajie City Carbon Peak Implementation Plan" (hereinafter referred to as the "Implementation Plan"). Promote low-carbon development in energy-intensive industries. Encourage the application of renewable energy such as solar energy and wind energy in agricultural production and rural life. Strengthen the construction of rural power grids and improve the level of rural electrification.
Strengthen the comprehensive utilization of bulk solid waste.Improve the level of comprehensive development and utilization of mineral resources and comprehensive utilization rate, and support the use of tailings and solid waste to produce new wall materials and mechanism sand. We will improve the policy system of construction waste management, promote the standardized supervision of the whole process, and focus on the disposal of construction waste by relying on the green recycling project of urban solid waste in northwest Hunan. By 2025, the annual utilization of bulk solid waste will reach about 740000 tons.
