West African customer’s 200 m³/day lightweight block production line (installation)

On October 23, 2025, Guangzhou Hengde officially signed a project cooperation agreement with a client in Côte d’Ivoire, West Africa. Under this collaboration, the Ivorian partner will procure from Guangzhou Hengde a lightweight block production line with a daily capacity of 200 cubic meters, marking another significant milestone for Hengde’s core equipment in the West African market.
In the project’s early stages, the Ivorian client conducted extensive research and comparisons, undertaking a dedicated on-site visit. They were deeply impressed by Guangzhou Hengde’s complete lightweight concrete block production line, its mature manufacturing process, and the outstanding performance of its cutting‑machine equipment. The client placed particular emphasis on equipment stability, the quality of the finished blocks, and the system’s adaptability to local operating conditions, engaging in multiple rounds of in-depth discussions with the technical and commercial teams to meticulously confirm details related to production‑line configuration, process design, and post‑installation maintenance services.
Following sustained and in-depth discussions between both teams, the project cooperation agreement was successfully signed. The newly contracted 200-cubic-meter-per-day lightweight block production line will effectively meet Côte d’Ivoire’s growing demand for high-quality, lightweight building materials, helping the client establish a core competitive advantage in the local market.
