The customer once had First visit to Hengde in November We conducted an on-site inspection of the equipment manufacturing capabilities and production processes. During the exchange, the customer focused particularly on the issues—such as shaking and unstable precision—that commonly arise in the reciprocating saw cutting method widely used in the current market. These problems are especially pronounced when producing ultra-thin insulation boards, making it difficult to meet actual application requirements.
In response to the technical challenges raised by the customer, the Hengde technical team promptly launched a specialized technical effort. They conducted systematic optimization focusing on the structural stability of the cutting system, process compatibility, and coordinated operation of the entire production line, and proposed a solution based on...
