A customer from Zhejiang visited Hengde to inspect the expanded clay lightweight block production line.
In December 2025, a customer from Zhejiang visited Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. to examine solutions for the production line of lightweight aggregate concrete blocks. Previously engaged in the production of autoclaved aerated bricks, the customer plans to shift to the lightweight aggregate concrete block project due to market changes and is looking for an equipment supplier with high equipment stability and strong production technology capabilities.
In December 2025, a customer from Zhejiang visited Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. to examine solutions for the production line of lightweight aggregate concrete blocks. Previously engaged in the production of autoclaved aerated bricks, the customer, affected by market changes, plans to shift to the lightweight aggregate concrete block project and is looking for an equipment supplier with high equipment stability and strong production technology capabilities.
During the inspection, the Hengde team conducted on-site analysis and adjustments to the original plan with the customer in the conference room, focusing on the production process of lightweight ceramsite blocks. They also reorganized the raw material mix ratio, control of lightweight aggregate proportion, and production line configuration ideas based on the project requirements.
Meanwhile, through video conferencing, Hengde showcased to its customers the project site where the equipment is currently being installed and operated. On-site after-sales engineers provided real-time explanations of the equipment’s operation and production status, enabling customers to gain a direct and intuitive understanding of the actual application results.
During the factory tour, the customer focused on inspecting the operational status of the cutting system and personally experienced the finished block products on-site. They gave positive feedback on the cutting accuracy, molding quality, and overall stability. The customer stated that, through this visit, they had come to highly appreciate the technology behind Hengde’s lightweight aggregate concrete block equipment.
This exchange has provided customers with a clear direction for transitioning from autoclaved aerated concrete blocks to lightweight ceramsite blocks, and has also laid the foundation for deepening collaboration and advancing future projects between both parties. Hengde will continue to provide technical support and solution optimization to ensure the smooth implementation of these projects.
