Indonesian clients visited Hengde to inspect lightweight block equipment, planning to establish a factory in Indonesia!
Recently, a client from Indonesia made a special trip to the headquarters factory of Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. for an on-site inspection, gaining an in-depth understanding of the operation process and equipment performance of Hengde's lightweight block production line. The client had previously visited our project site in Indonesia and gave high praise to the equipment's operational stability, product quality, and level of automation.
Recently, a client from Indonesia specially came to Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. the headquarters factory for an on-site inspection to gain an in-depth understanding of the operation process and equipment performance of Hengde's lightweight block production line. The client had previously visited our project site in Indonesia and highly praised the equipment's operational stability, product quality, and level of automation.
During this visit to Hengde headquarters, the client focused on the full-process production demonstration from raw material feeding, mixing and grouting, cutting, to stacking. They especially recognized our independently developed **high-precision cutting system (±1mm error control)**, stating: "The cutting is neat, the brick shape is standard, and the equipment has a high degree of intelligence!"
Hengde's equipment is widely used in multiple regions of Indonesia and can adapt to local raw materials such as fly ash, tailings, and slag. It features autoclave-free operation, low energy consumption, and ease of use, making it the preferred solution for Southeast Asian clients investing in lightweight building material factories.
After the inspection, the client expressed hope to quickly initiate further cooperation with Hengde, planning to establish a lightweight block production line project in Indonesia, currently entering the site selection and plan confirmation stage.
