The client currently owns an autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) production line in Malaysia, but with upgraded project needs, the existing equipment can no longer meet the diversified and standardized demands for lightweight prefabricated wall panels. Therefore, he found Hengde Construction Technology through various channels, hoping to find a more advanced and professional technical solution.
During the visit, our reception team detailed Hengde's self-developed lightweight wall panel production line solution to the client, including the core process flow, automated equipment configuration, production efficiency comparison, and product performance indicators. The client expressed high recognition of our company's technical strength, intelligent manufacturing level, and overall planning capabilities.
This exchange achieved good results. The client initially expressed the intention to build a new lightweight wall panel production line and stated that they would further evaluate the factory site after returning home and revisit Guangzhou Hengde to promote the final implementation of the cooperation plan.
