Guangzhou Hengde and a Mongolian customer have reached a cooperation agreement on a lightweight wall material equipment production line.
Recently, Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. officially signed a procurement contract for high-precision block and wall panel production lines with a large local construction group company in Outer Mongolia. After three days of on-site investigation and detailed discussions, the two sides successfully finalized the cooperation details, smoothly reached a cooperation, and signed the contract.

Day 1: On-site factory inspection and technical verification
The Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology team welcomed the Outer Mongolian clients from afar, leading them to visit the company's past classic project cases in person, and detailed the entire process from planning to completion, allowing clients to intuitively feel the effect of the products in practical applications. Day 2: Factory building design and implementation planning
Both parties discussed the details of the production line implementation in detail, including factory area division, power configuration (such as the number of distribution boxes and wiring layout), equipment installation space, etc. Guangzhou Hengde modified the factory building drawings based on the client's questions, and provided environmentally friendly building material production process formulas and automated equipment production line factory construction plans suitable for the client's requirements based on local raw materials and green building material product needs.
Day 3: Contract terms and after-sales service
Entering the contract detail negotiation stage, which is also the core link of the cooperation. Both parties clarified the specific procedures for equipment maintenance, such as daily maintenance cycles and fault response times; regarding the list of easily damaged parts, the model, material, and estimated service life of each easily damaged part were listed in detail, and the client was informed of their corresponding factory sources to ensure stable supply; in terms of acceptance standards, key indicators such as equipment performance and product quality were quantified one by one, and detailed acceptance procedures and testing methods were formulated. After multiple rounds of communication, both parties reached a consensus on various clauses and successfully signed the contract.
