The "Uniform Self-Insulating Block Building Structure" of Gansu Province will be implemented starting from July 1, 2024.

To deeply implement the green development of urban and rural construction, promote the green transformation of construction methods, and enhance the quality of construction projects, Gansu Province has formulated and implemented policies on promoting integrated technology for building insulation structures. By promoting integrated technology for building insulation structures, Gansu Province aims to improve the external wall insulation performance of newly constructed civil buildings, promote the green development and energy conservation of the construction industry. At the same time, this policy also encourages resource recycling and technological innovation, promoting the sustainable development of the construction industry.

　　Edited by Gansu Provincial Building Materials Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd."Homogeneous Self-Insulating Block Building Structure", approved by the Gansu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development after expert review, is now approved as the engineering construction standard design of Gansu Province, with the number: DBJT25-218-2024, and the atlas number: Gan24J11.Effective from July 1, 2024, throughout the province.

　　From January 1, 2024, newly constructed civil buildings in urban areas should fully adopt integrated insulation structure technology.

　　In response to the market development needs for self-insulating blocks in Gansu Province, Hengde has developed a new generation of homogeneous self-insulating blocks using a newly developed process formula, which contains lightweight aggregate of polystyrene particles, eliminating the need for additional external wall insulation, achieving energy-saving design requirements of 75% or more. The equipment for homogeneous self-insulating blocks from Guangzhou Hengde produces building materials that integrate wall and insulation energy-saving functions, providing a faster, more efficient, lower-carbon, and safer integrated insulation structure solution for prefabricated buildings.
