African clients visited Guangzhou Hengde to conduct an on-site inspection of lightweight block production equipment and its cutting performance.

On June 11, 2026, a delegation of African clients visited Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct an on-site inspection of lightweight block production equipment and engage in in-depth discussions on the project’s production processes, equipment configuration, cutting performance, and prospects for future collaboration.

According to reports, the client’s visit is primarily aimed at gaining a deeper understanding of the overall construction plan for the lightweight block‑manufacturing project. As infrastructure development continues to advance across Africa, local demand for innovative wall materials, lightweight building products, and environmentally friendly construction materials is steadily rising. The client intends to move forward with the block‑production project and seeks to lay the groundwork for subsequent plant construction and commissioning by introducing reliable, high‑efficiency production equipment.

In alignment with the client’s project plan, the Guangzhou Hengde team held a detailed discussion in the conference room. Drawing on local African market demand, raw material availability, product application prospects, and production capacity planning, they provided a systematic overview of the lightweight block production line—covering its process flow, equipment configuration, production management, and project implementation strategy—helping the client gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire manufacturing process, from raw material preparation and mixing–foaming to pouring and molding, demolding and curing, and finally cutting to produce finished products.

During the exchange, the customer placed particular emphasis on issues such as the production stability of block products, the level of equipment automation, control over product specifications, labor‑intensive operational requirements, and post‑commissioning management. In response to these practical needs, the Hengde team drew on its past project experience to provide a detailed explanation covering equipment selection, production line configuration, raw material compatibility, installation and commissioning, as well as technical training.

Subsequently, the customer toured Hengde’s production workshop, gaining first-hand insight into the processing and manufacturing of relevant equipment, as well as its assembly, commissioning, and full-line integration capabilities. Through this on-site inspection, the customer developed a more intuitive understanding of Hengde’s manufacturing processes for lightweight block‑making equipment, its equipment architecture, and its capacity to deliver fully integrated production lines.

During this inspection, the customer focused on observing a live demonstration of the lightweight block‑cutting process. As a critical step in the production of lightweight blocks, cutting directly affects the dimensional accuracy of the finished product, its surface quality, and the performance of subsequent construction applications. By examining the operational status of the cutting equipment, the quality of the cut products, and the precision of product dimensions, the customer gained a deeper understanding of the Hengde cutting system’s stability and its real‑world performance.

For the African block‑manufacturing project, it is essential not only to have stable, reliable production equipment but also to conduct comprehensive planning that takes into account local raw materials, market demand, product specifications, the investment budget, and production management practices. This visit enabled the client to gain a deeper understanding of the conceptual framework for constructing a lightweight block‑production facility, while also laying a solid foundation for further in‑depth discussions and the smooth advancement of the project.

Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. has long been dedicated to the field of lightweight building‑material production equipment.
