During the day, each group engaged in in-depth discussions centered on the lightweight block production project, with inspections covering production processes, equipment configuration, raw material compatibility, solid waste utilization, cutting performance, and the implementation of follow-up projects—underscoring the continued interest from both domestic and international markets in lightweight wall‑material initiatives.

According to reports, the Kyrgyz client has long been engaged in the cement industry and possesses a solid understanding of cement product manufacturing, raw material supply, and the local building materials market. As demand for lightweight wall materials continues to grow in the local construction sector, the client plans to expand its lightweight block production operations, aiming to establish a stable and efficient production line that will deliver more practical, next‑generation wall materials to the regional market.
Malaysian clients are primarily focused on the overall construction plan for lightweight block projects. In alignment with their investment priorities and local market demands, the Guangzhou Hengde team provided a comprehensive overview of the lightweight block production line’s process flow, equipment configuration, capacity planning, and project implementation strategy, helping clients gain a deeper understanding of the complete manufacturing process—from raw material handling and mixing with foaming agents, through casting and molding, to demolding, curing, and final cutting.
