A long-time Philippine customer has once again chosen Guangzhou Hengde for its expansion, and the配套 equipment for lightweight concrete blocks and wall panels has been shipped smoothly.
On May 14, 2026, Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. completed the loading and shipment of a batch of lightweight masonry blocks and wall panel–compatible equipment custom‑made for its long‑standing Philippine customer. The equipment will be delivered to the customer’s project site in the Philippines to support the expansion and optimization of the existing production line.
On May 14, 2026, Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. completed loading and shipping a batch of lightweight masonry blocks and wall panel–compatible equipment custom‑made for its long‑standing Philippine customer. The equipment will be delivered to the customer’s project site in the Philippines to support the expansion and optimization of the existing production line.
The client’s collaboration with Guangzhou Hengde began in 2025. Prior to this, A client invested in and built a lightweight concrete block production project in the Philippines. The original production line relied on conventional wire‑saw cutting equipment; however, during actual operation, it frequently encountered issues such as hardened blanks that could not be cut, uneven cuts, significant dimensional inaccuracies, and frequent wire breakage. These problems resulted in low line efficiency and a poor product pass rate, temporarily hindering the project’s progress.
To address the instability issues of the existing cutting system, the customer visited Guangzhou Hengde’s factory in January 2025 to conduct an on-site inspection of equipment for producing lightweight masonry blocks and wall panels, with a particular focus on Hengde’s specialized cutting system for long‑mold boxes, CNC cutting machinery, and related supporting processes. Following on‑site testing and technical discussions, the customer expressed strong approval of the precision, stability, and adaptability of Hengde’s cutting equipment.
On February 10, 2025, the customer officially signed a contract with Guangzhou Hengde to procure two CNC cutting machines, one grooving machine, and associated auxiliary equipment, intended for the upgrade and modernization of their existing lightweight block and wall panel production line. Subsequently, Guangzhou Hengde completed equipment manufacturing, quality inspection, and shipment in accordance with the customer’s project requirements. Furthermore, the delivery of the Philippines‑customized equipment was completed on March 28, 2025, supporting the customer in advancing the local lightweight building materials project.
After the equipment was put into operation, the customer recognized Guangzhou Hengde’s product in terms of operational stability, cutting performance, product compatibility, and after-sales service. As local market demand continues to grow, the customer plans to further expand production capacity and has once again chosen Guangzhou Hengde to purchase additional equipment for the project’s expansion.
This latest procurement and shipment marks not only a new equipment delivery but also a reaffirmation of trust by an existing customer, based on their firsthand experience. From initially addressing the issue of unstable wire‑saw cutting to subsequent production‑line upgrades, and now to capacity expansion and repeat orders, the Philippine customer’s confidence in Guangzhou Hengde’s equipment and services has continued to grow.
For lightweight block and wall panel projects, price alone does not determine success.
