Cameroonian client visits Guangzhou Hengde to inspect lightweight building-material production equipment, with a primary focus on equipment reliability.
On March 16, 2026, a client from China visited Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. for an on-site inspection. The client currently operates in Cameroon and came to this visit primarily to learn about equipment for producing lightweight building materials, with plans to invest in and establish a lightweight building-materials production project in Cameroon.

During the meeting, the client provided an overview of their industry background. Previously focused on the packaging sector, the client now aims to enter the building materials market and develop a lightweight building-materials production project in Cameroon. Throughout the discussion, the client underscored the critical importance of equipment reliability, noting that even sourcing a single screw can be challenging in Africa, and thus stressing the need for equipment that is both stable and dependable.
In response to the client’s key concerns, the Hengde team provided a detailed overview of the production line equipment’s configuration, manufacturing processes, and operational stability. Drawing on its extensive experience with overseas projects, the team also shared case studies illustrating how the equipment has been successfully deployed in various international markets.
Subsequently, accompanied by the Hengde team, the customer toured the factory’s equipment and observed a live production demonstration of the cutting machinery. Following the cutting operation, the customer also conducted an on-site test by striking the freshly cut bricks with a hammer, thereby assessing their strength and overall quality through tactile feedback. Through the equipment demonstration and on-site testing, the customer gained a more intuitive understanding of both the equipment’s performance and the product quality.
Through this inspection and exchange, the client expressed approval of the equipment solution and the development prospects of the lightweight building materials project, and engaged in further discussions on subsequent project collaboration.
