A customer from Inner Mongolia visited Hengde for an inspection and signed a contract on-site for the lightweight block equipment project.
On January 14, 2026, a delegation of customer representatives from Inner Mongolia visited Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct an on-site inspection and technical exchange regarding equipment for lightweight block production lines. On the same day, the two parties reached a cooperation agreement and signed the contract on-site.

Previously, this customer was primarily engaged in commercial concrete production and had a relatively well-established commercial concrete business foundation in Inner Mongolia. At the same time, the region is rich in industrial by-products such as mineral powder and fly ash, providing excellent raw material conditions for developing a lightweight block project. Based on this, the customer wishes to enter the field of lightweight wall materials and is seeking a stable, reliable, and scalable equipment solution for producing lightweight blocks.
Before the visit, the customer had already conducted a systematic comparison of solutions from several equipment manufacturers in Henan, Shandong, and other regions. The primary purpose of this visit to Hengde is to further verify the equipment’s actual performance, cutting processes, and the overall feasibility of the proposed solution.

During the exchange session, both sides engaged in thorough communication on key issues including the customer’s production objectives, raw material characteristics, process routes, equipment configurations, and post-operation considerations. The customer placed particular emphasis on the following aspects:
- Raw Material Compatibility: How to Utilize Local Mineral Powders and Fly Ash as Primary Admixtures;
- Production process stability: Avoid issues such as mold collapse, insufficient strength, and unstable density.
- Cutting quality and efficiency: Ensure dimensional accuracy, reduce material waste, and enhance production capacity.
- Degree of automation: Reducing reliance on manual labor and enhancing production continuity.
The Hengde technical team, taking into account the customer’s raw material conditions and production objectives, provided a detailed explanation of the overall process flow, the logic behind selecting key equipment, and the technological advantages of the cutting system. They also showcased several previous successful project cases to help the customer gain a more intuitive understanding of how the equipment performs under real-world operating conditions.
On-site visit, on-site verification
Subsequently, Hengde arranged for the customer to visit the manufacturing workshop and the production demonstration line. The customer paid particular attention to:
Structural design and assembly process of the equipment;
The operating status of the gantry cutting system;
Cutting demonstration results, including dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and cutting stability;
Operating procedures for automated control systems.
