Guangzhou Hengde has reached a cooperation agreement with the Italian brand SICOMA for the production and R&D of concrete mixers.
Guangzhou Hengde has partnered with SICOMA, a globally renowned mixer manufacturer, to develop a new generation of intelligent, automated mixers for lightweight concrete building material production lines.
SICOMA is a globally leading manufacturer of concrete mixers, with technology originating from the Italian company SICOMA. The company primarily designs and manufactures twin-shaft compulsory and vertical-axis planetary concrete mixers. Thanks to their high reliability, outstanding mixing performance, precise manufacturing processes, and intelligent control systems, SICOMA maintains a leading position in the concrete machinery industry. Its products are widely used in large- and medium-sized concrete mixing plants around the world.
To expand into the global market for lightweight wall materials, Guangzhou Hengde has established a technical collaboration with SICOMA on mixer development, providing high-precision and advanced raw-material mixing systems for production lines specializing in lightweight blocks, partition panels, and self-insulating blocks.
The mixer is a key piece of equipment in the entire lightweight concrete wall material production line. The intensity of its mixing, the uniformity of the mix, the smooth operation of the machine, and its durability and ease of maintenance are all critically important, directly affecting both the quality and output of the finished products.
Guangzhou Hengde is collaborating with SICOMA to jointly develop mixing equipment tailored for the production and processing of lightweight concrete wall materials. Compared to conventional mixers, this new equipment will feature targeted innovations and improvements in terms of energy savings, reduced labor requirements, lower maintenance costs, and greater versatility in raw material applications.
