A customer from Wuhan visited Hengde’s factory to examine the equipment renovation plan.

Recently, a customer from Wuhan visited Guangzhou Hengde and conducted an on-site technical exchange with our company regarding issues such as deformation, unevenness, and skewed cuts that have been occurring when the customer’s own production line processes 3-cm ultra-thin insulation boards.

Currently, the customer is using a conventional reciprocating saw, which results in uneven stress on thin sheets, significant cutting deviations, and high material waste—none of which can meet today’s requirements for production accuracy.

The Hengde technical team showcased to the customer a high-precision cutting equipment optimized for thin-specification materials, featuring an enhanced cutting structure, a ±1mm precision cutting system, a uniform-force support design, and a specialized cutting program for thin sheets. This equipment effectively addresses issues such as deformation and slanting in thin sheets, thereby improving the flatness of finished products and enhancing material utilization.

The customer inspected the cut samples on-site, expressed approval of the equipment’s performance, and plans to proceed with equipment replacement and process improvement.
