The first 6-meter mold self-insulating masonry unit equipment in China has been shipped after modification
Recently, Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. successfully completed a batch of equipment delivery tasks, marking the official launch of the first project in China to use 6-meter molds to produce homogeneous self-insulating blocks in Xinjiang.
Recently, Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. successfully completed a batch of equipment delivery tasks, marking the official launch and production in Xinjiang of the first project in China to modify 6-meter molds for the production of homogeneous self-insulating blocks.
The cooperating client is a veteran enterprise in the field of autoclaved aerated concrete wall panels, with extensive experience in the industry. With the market shifting towards a demand for new energy-efficient building materials, the company keenly recognized the vast potential of homogeneous self-insulating blocks and decided to transition into this field. After much investigation and comparison, the client ultimately chose to cooperate with Guangzhou Hengde, leveraging our company's rich experience in equipment upgrades and modifications to successfully complete the transformation of its production direction.
Due to the lack of precedent for producing self-insulating blocks with traditional 6-meter molds, the Hengde technical team spent 45 days modifying the cutting machine and adjusting the process to complete the equipment transformation. The self-insulating blocks produced by the modified equipment meet the GB/T 29060-2012 standard, not only retaining 70% of the utilization rate of the original equipment but also achieving a cutting tolerance of less than 1 mm. The upgraded production line fully meets the client's requirements for product specifications and quality.
In recent years, the Xinjiang region has continuously increased investment in the field of building energy efficiency, and the market demand for new energy-efficient building materials has shown explosive growth. Homogeneous self-insulating blocks, with their excellent thermal insulation and fire safety advantages, have increasingly broad application prospects in local construction projects.
