Hengde and the Kazakhstani client signed a lightning contract, opening a new chapter in architectural technology cooperation.
Kazakhstan customers selected a set of automated equipment from Hengde to improve the efficiency and quality of the block factory.
On February 25, 2025, Kazakhstan customers signed a cooperation agreement with Hengde in Guangzhou, China, to purchase a set of advanced automated equipment aimed at further enhancing factory output and product quality. This is also an important step for Kazakhstan customers in transforming their block factory from traditional production processes to intelligent and efficient operations.
It is reported that this set of automated equipment is carefully developed by Hengde, integrating the latest CNC operating system, automatic measurement and feeding, pouring and mixing, as well as high-precision cutting and other advanced technologies. This equipment not only greatly reduces manual intervention and time waste but also ensures uniformity throughout the entire process from raw material ratio, mixing, forming to curing through intelligent control, significantly reducing labor costs and the impact of human factors on quality. In addition, Hengde equipment is compatible with various raw materials such as sand, fly ash, and construction waste, providing more raw material options for the factory, helping to reduce costs and improve resource utilization.
The automated equipment selected by the customer is specially equipped with a new generation of automatic blank peeling machine, which adopts more efficient cutting algorithms, more precise control systems, and a higher degree of automation in the operating interface. These innovations not only improve the production efficiency of the original production line but also ensure a significant improvement in cutting accuracy, reducing waste and further lowering costs. After adopting the new process, the block bricks have improved in size precision and product appearance, with daily output steadily increasing.
